McCoy Stadium Renovation Project

In 1999, O. Ahlborg & Sons, Inc. utilized a PLA to increase the seating capacity at McCoy Stadium from approximately 5,000 to 10,031, and to add several new modern amenities. According to Glen Ahlborg, President of O. Ahlborg & Sons, "we would not have been able to successfully complete this project on time and before the baseball season began (and within budget), if the agreement [the PLA] was not in place."
