Providence College - Feinstein Academic Center Project

In May of 1994, a PLA was utilized to reconfigure Stevens Hall from a dormitory into the Feinstein Academic Center. The project needed to be complete by September 1, 1994 in order to make it available for the Fall semester. According to Mark Rapoza, Director of Business Strategy at Providence College, PLAs provide a "feeling of professional comfort and security when planning for ... projects with tight schedules."
