Welgen Manufacturing Facility & Office Building

In 1990, a PLA was implemented to construct Welgen's 300,000 square foot manufacturing facility and office building. The facility has since been bought by Immunex and is now Amgen, where our coalition members and contractors are currently building a $500 million expansion under a PLA.
