Providence Place & Garage

In 1995, the Providence Place Group utilized a PLA to construct the Providence Place mall and parking garage project. Construction included demolition of buildings, significant site preparation and infrastructure work, a 5,000-car parking garage, and over 1.2. million square feet of construction in the mall itself. In all, the entire project was over $400 million in total cost and was completed under very tight scheduling guidelines.
