Renovation of the new Travelers' Aid headquartersOn January 28, 2003, a PLA was implemented for renovation of the new Travelers' Aid Headquarters at 160 Broad Street in Providence. The project was a 10-story renovation of the existing Providence YMCA building, which was originally built in 1913. It includes renovations to existing interior office areas, exterior improvements, addition of a new elevator and stair tower, replacement of the existing pool with a full-service cafeteria, transitional housing, and space for office, medical and dental treatment, counseling and childcare, as well as other essential services. |
