Fleet Operations Center

In 1997, a PLA was implemented to construct phases I through V of the Fleet Bank Rhode Island Operations Center in Lincoln. The project manager attributed a "substantial" part of the project's success to having the "requisite number of qualified trades people readily available to perform the work, most of which can be attributed to the PLA." The project was also completed "on schedule and under budget."
