Brown University - Wriston Quad Renovations

In 1996, a PLA was utilized to renovate four different dormitories at Brown University. Due to space needed for incoming students, it was "extremely critical" to complete a substantial portion of the work by August 20, 1996. According to the project manager, "the PLA approach was more advantageous due to the nature of the work, [and the] need to have access to a large qualified labor pool.
