Manchester Station Repowering Project

In 1992, a Presidential Maintenance Agreement was utilized to construct the Manchester Station power plant. Under the agreement, all the subcontractors and workers on the job were union. According to the construction manager, the union trades greatly contributed to the "overall success" of the project.
