BuildRI has helped ensure the passage of a number of statewide and local general obligation bonds dedicated towards major vertical construction projects.
BOND CAMPAIGNS
In 2021 and 2022, BuildRI supported campaign efforts to ensure the passage of over $400 million in local construction bonds and $250 million in statewide school construction bonds.
In 2023, BuildRI decided to chair the campaign entity tasked with passing over $800 million in school construction bonds between eight separate Rhode Island municipalities. BuildRI’s campaign team successfully executed a campaign designed to identify and mobilize voters during an “off” year election cycle.
Between these bond campaigns, BuildRI has gone 14 for 14 in local elections.
